With 10 years of experience in client services, marketing and engagement strategy, Lacy has demonstrated indomitable resolve for the aspirations of her clients. Lacy began her journey into the advertising industry by working for one of the top agencies in the international hospitality space. Located in the hospitality capital of the world, Las Vegas, she was responsible for delivering strategically focused branding initiatives for Fortune 500 clients in the food & beverage, travel, leisure and hospitality industries. This meant generating marketing lift for clients such as Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, The Water Club, Echelon Las Vegas including fine-dining icons Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay and Michael Mina. In 2009 she was recruited by the hospitality management group, Fifth Street Gaming, to oversee the marketing and communications for multiple Las Vegas properties. Following a succession of marketing "wins" for this property portfolio, Lacy became a valued brand consultant for a major redevelopment in Downtown Las Vegas, "dt3." The dt3 project is regarded as one of the most exciting collective experiences to come to Las Vegas in the past decade and its success is changing the footprint of Las Vegas. Lacy received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego.
Who are you talking to? Know as much as you can about your customers. Always. Then make what you know work for your brand.
Into the Wild
Customer Behavior Research. Interpreting user behavior, wherever it happens.
Benefit from our proven human behavioral methodologies that are based on more than 20 years of practical experience. By unearthing insights into the human condition, we're able to add value to your customers' overall experience. Or in some cases we'll discover the pain points that are limiting your customers' journey. From lab-based testing to web-based data mining to field research (natural habitats), we evaluate the approach by what will deliver the most insightful, cost-effective results for any particular audience set.
Getting customers to touch your brand. We don’t create campaigns, we deliver networks.
CX Design (Customer Experience). Engineer, design and fulfill your customers' journey.
We think beyond the "digital user experience" to engage people how and where they want to be engaged. The customer journey begins as individuals start their day and does not end until they doze off at night. We engineer a strategic plan that creates more customer value, by bringing the voice of the customer into your business. Our media agnostic approach develops relevant brand touch-points that may include social media, SEO, digital, mobile, games, apps, interactive kiosks, improved usability, trade-show environments, promotional events and printed collateral. Your customer experience should deliver authentic lifestyle connections between business and customers.
We prefer entertainment to advertising. Because we know a great story can unfold anywhere.
Content Production. Creating exciting stories around your brand.
Great brands tell great stories, which means constantly creating fresh, engaging content for your audience. While occasionally we'll outsource large scale projects, Neu Citizen has on staff industry-recognized writers, directors, game developers and photographers (yes, the people who actually make the stuff) and offers these skill-sets at significant savings to our clients. Your story will be told well, quickly and at bargain when compared to the typical agency-production company model. We'll help you say goodbye to bloated "mark ups" that eat into the difference between good and great content-production value.
Think about the most trusted, admired brands. Do you see products, services and value? Or do you see yourself?
Brand Development. Your brand is a reflection of your customer.
